It’s 96 pages, penciled and awaiting the painting stage. I’m also working on a new Nocturnals graphic novel. Between Kickstarter projects like Children of Night, Autumnkind, etc, and maintaining my Patreon page The Night Studio, as well as some freelance comics work. ![]() How have you been keeping busy since then?ĭan Brereton: Oh man, I’ve been so busy. We last spoke on the record when you were prepping your Children of Night book towards the beginning of the pandemic. Brereton answered our exclusive questions about the new project, his artist process, and more. With eleven days to go in the campaign, the project has nearly tripled its funding goal and amassed over 425 backers to date.
